The paradox of more has been coming up in the business over and over again and Margy realized that some problems don’t need to be solved with addition, but instead by leveraging the resources the business already has. Instead of buying more leads to get more sales, Margy realized they already had so many leads and the sales team was already sitting on gold. The team started to ask different questions in order to tap into the potential of the leads they already accumulated, rather than just buying more. Jess also discusses how this can apply to podcast guesting and shares an example of how she helped a client do more with the interviews she already had.
